Before Roux Catering Company was established I was just a girl with a dream of entrepreneurship in the catering industry.  I started by catering my closest friends small parties and events and from there my passion grew into something that I am very proud of today. Now I proudly call myself the Chief Executive Officer of Roux Catering Company. My passion for food  has flourished into a business that has been more than rewarding.
